ABOUT NASSER SHEIKH

With over two decades of experience in SI programme management, business development, and partner/customer management, I have consistently demonstrated my expertise in delivering results while prioritising exceptional customer service. I take immense pride in my achievements, which underscore my commitment to excellence. Notably, I have established a fully functioning Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up in the Middle East as part of a regional expansion initiative. This accomplishment showcases my ability to take ownership and drive the success of critical projects. Additionally, during my tenure as Head of Service Delivery in the UAE, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the successful launch of three mobile networks in the UAE, Egypt, KSA, and Iran. In this capacity, I assumed full responsibility for the VAS/OSS/BSS/Security scope on each of these transformative projects, further exemplifying my results-driven approach. Throughout my career, I have consistently insisted on the highest standards, both in terms of project delivery and in nurturing lasting relationships with key stakeholders. My expertise extends to various facets of Telco/IT/Media/Broadband Systems Integration, and I am proficient in AWS-hosted solutions and services, Automatic Configuration System (ACS), network monitoring and performance, Broadband and Media solution network management, Nokia Cloudband full cloud IS/AM/Orchestration stack, Nuage virtualized SDN, NSP Network Function, Nokia NetAct, Subscriber Data Management, Voice/IMS VNFs (Virtualised Network Function), OSS VNFs, and BSS VNFs.
