ABOUT NASSER EFTEKHAR
Nasser Eftekhar (PhD, IE, PMP, P.Eng.) is a project management and leadership specialist with over 30 years of professional experience in Canada and Iran. Throughout his career, Nasser has worked on the front lines of significant projects, taking on roles such as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Project Director on nine oil and gas projects valued from $100 million to $1 billion. These projects have varied widely in scope, size, and complexity.Nasser also served as Deputy Managing Director at Sepehr Energy Group, a holding company for three major methanol project plants in the Asaluyeh region, north of the Persian Gulf. Following his tenure in oil and gas, he served as a Senior Technical Advisor at CORE Petro Products Ltd. in Calgary until his retirement. This transition allowed him to apply his expertise in the dynamic and challenging field of Canadian charity work, a lifelong interest of his. In 2019, he joined the Save a Child International Foundation (SACIF) as a volunteer, serving as a board member and Chief Operating Officer.
