Lead validation efforts for ADAS, GM, and Stellantis Night Vision Projects (NV4 & NV5), covering DV and PV testing.• Collect and analyze test data, reports, and parts based on internal and external requirements.• Develop and maintain DVP & Rs to support comprehensive product validation.• Prepare and manage all documentation and records to ensure traceability and compliance.• Conduct DV/PV testing on Gen 4 and Gen 5 thermal ECUs and cameras per industry standards.• Perform in-house testing to reduce costs, utilizing external labs only when specific certifications are required.• Manage quotes and scheduling with third-party test labs to meet customer requirements.• Maintain detailed records for test procedures, RFQs, DVP & Rs, and test reports.• Visit test facilities to review setups and ensure proper test execution.• Select appropriate test assets, sensors, and data acquisition systems to ensure accurate results.• Lead DUTs teardown inspections during root cause analysis.• Analyze test data to generate graphs, charts, and tables, and provide clear reports.• Investigate test failures through preliminary root cause analysis to verify test setup, procedure, and DUT conditions.• Design custom test fixtures to improve accuracy and efficiency.• Operate and understand various lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, Accelerometers, Data Loggers, Power Supplies, Multimeters, Thermocouples, Vector CAN tools, and PC-based diagnostic tools.• Collaborate with customers to align testing timelines and ensure requirements are met.• Develop and run in-house ECU and camera performance tests to support product improvements.• Manage validation schedules across multiple projects, prioritizing test resources effectively.• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and electrical issues in thermal systems.• Document findings and communicate results to internal teams and customers.
