Prior to her current position, she was involved in master planning, climate resiliency study and sustainability, design and construction management for complex water and wastewater systems.Nasrin holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, specializing in Water Resources, and is passionate about using data-driven decision-making and advancing innovative solutions to support OC San’s mission of protecting public health and the environment.
