Computer Vision Engineer and Researcher specializing in multimodal perception, 3D vision, and deformable object manipulation. I have 1+ year of industry experience and 3+ years of hands-on development in Python and AI, working across applied research and real-world industrial projects.Currently, I work as a Researcher at Vandal Lab within a national PNRR-funded project (gAIA), where I design multimodal data acquisition frameworks using RGB-D cameras (Intel RealSense), eye-tracking, hand tracking, and sensorized wearables. My work focuses on 3D reconstruction of hand and garment meshes, dataset design, and building Python-based pipelines for synchronization, annotation, and analysis.My background spans deep learning, computer vision, and 3D perception, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, Detectron2, and RGB-D data. I have worked on tasks including object detection, segmentation, keypoint estimation, anomaly detection, and multimodal dataset development, collaborating with both academic and industrial partners.I am particularly interested in applied AI and robotics, especially where perception enables automation in manufacturing and textile industries.
