I am a CERTIFIED Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation and ANAPLAN Implementation Specialist. I am driven by the vision of helping companies create a highly efficient organization who in turn go out there and create exceptional value for the people around the world. I have my expertise spread across Planning, Modelling, Forecasting and the Sales Performance Management suite of Incentive Compensation, Territory Management and Quota Modelling.I thrive in intense and challenging situations - the kind that extracts the best out of you; for what is life if not the continuous quest of discovering the best version of yourself. I do not partake in the social convention that dichotomizes one\'s days into work and play. I have consciously and purposefully blended the two. So much so that I find sheer delight and \'play\' in my work. I am structured, methodical and articulate in my thoughts and confident, positive and persistent in my actions.When not consumed in solving intricate implementation challenges for my clients, you can find me on the Cricket field at Point leading a team of 11 or on the table tennis court perfecting my Backhand Smash.
