As Head of Research, I lead the scientific direction of Spade.Fit, ensuring that our adaptive training technology is grounded in evidence-based principles. I oversee both the research input and scientific validation of features, including algorithms that personalise exercise selection based on injury status, training goals, and the menstrual cycle. I also designed and built a comprehensive exercise database (200+ exercises), accounting for biomechanical and physiological constraints to support safe and effective programming.
