Helping UHG transition from Hypercare to BAU phase post Oracle Fusion implementation. Perform Oracle Fusion HCM configurations as per user process/workflow requirements. Develop BAU process to perform employee Address Validations, aligning it with the new US Oracle Payroll Tax Engine (US OPTE). Working as part of Core HR team in conjunction with Payroll, Reporting and Tech Enablement teams to successfully transition from Vertex to US OPTE, enabling more accurate tax calculation for US employees. Migrating Core HR centric configurations including (but not limited to) TDS (Transaction Design Studio) rules, page composer settings, Autocomplete rules, flex fields etc. from Traditional UI to the new Oracle Redwood Experience. Configuring future state Redwood pages in Visual Builder Studio to match existing configurations. Perform unit and regression testing for Oracle fusion\'s quarterly updates (currently at 25D). Developing Workflow Agents (like Pay Analyst, Benefits manager) with Oracle HCM AI Agent Studio to automate various Employee/Manager Self Service transactions.
