ABOUT NASIR ZISDAN ASSOC.
Unlike many other experts in their respective area, the career I have today was not even my first thought or decision prior to starting my career or continuing my studies. This was started with a theme message that buzzed me through a super eminent movie from Bollywood. The essence of the movie was “It is no longer work if you enjoy what you do. It becomes a matter of pleasure, and if you like your work, you will succeed”. Nonetheless, I have been lucky enough to evolve into a job in Human Resources that compliments my skills, personality, and passions as a result of my education, learning, and engagement. My first experience of working in Human Resource department was with the Nobel prize winning microfinance organisation and community development bank founded in Bangladesh. Furthermore, I\'ve worked with other human resource specialists in three distinct business sector in Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia (HR Consultancy, Automotive, Engineering and construction). This exposed me to a different side of Human Resources, one of that is to dealt with the concerns of thousands of individuals rather than a select few. I am a firm believer that it is never too late to start afresh. I\'m progressively equipping myself with a bird\'s eye view what I’d Like to do in my life, not only professionally, but also as a compassionate individual with a kind attitude toward all creation. Nevertheless, I am now fully committed to continuing my career in united kingdom with the organisation I am working with and my job is to locate and hire the industry\'s current and future tough guys. I really love Bollywood movies and songs, especially the classics from 80\'s and 90\'s! A huge fan of Cricket and Football indicates how Desi I am! I love to travel and enthusiastic about History and Geography. Empathetic and emotional by nature, I am driven to help and enhance people\'s lives, therefore I advocate for and execute changes to make things better every day: ISFJ (The Protectors)
