Area Manager—Responsenet Development Services.Set up centers at different locations as directed by the company. Liaise with landlords where centers are established. Manage a team of 40 people and guide them on the project. Provide training to subordinates and help them improve.Coordinate with the State Head and provide regular updates on progress. Raise awareness among the public about banking services and center schemes. Attend quarterly review meetings at the RBI Office, Jammu,(BLBC meetings, DLRC meetings) with government officials (LDM, DDM Nabard, BDO, Agricultural Officer) from four districts of the Chenab Valley (Kishtwar, Doda, Ramban & Reasi), and with branch managers of SBI and J&K Bank, updating them on progress. Provide training to newly inducted staff.
