Working with residents from the point of accepted referrals, right through to their planned exit from the service following support and develop support networks for families.· Providing one to one tailored support for individuals, keeping up to date case notes, empowering stars and risk assessments as well as daily welfare checks.· Supporting residents that have faced domestic violence come to terms with their traumas by helping them with various aspects of their life. Starting with benefit applications, grant applications, mental health referrals, substance misuse referral and even helping as well as advocating on legal matters.· Liaising with professionals including social workers, police, drug and alcohol services, medical professional and the ambulance etc.· Dealing with suicidal idealization, low self-esteem, drug use, mental health and self-harm by completing regular risk assessments and communicating with the crisis teams and relevant services.· Support residents completing housing applications and dealing with onsite housing repairs.· Attending child in need meetings and writing professional emails and letters to support resident cases.· Creating and presenting workshops and activities to boast wellbeing and bonding.
