As a Head of Product Ownership at Cashflows, I lead a team of Product Owners and a team of Business Analysts that support onshore and offshore development teams to deliver functionalities both on the Acquiring platform and Gateway. My teams support the business growth having the Customer Experience at the centre of our focus, while maintaining the safety of our processes and our customers.I have over five years of experience in managing products and projects in the global transaction services and software development area, with a focus on ecom acquiring, data reporting, finance, compliance, CHP and entering new markets.Few of my successes are:Scheme Mandates releases: keep the business compliant with the scheme changes.Compliance changes releases: keep the business compliant with PCI and risk requirements Security changesNetwork Token product: launch that brought significant GP to the business.Click to Pay product: launch which contributes to the strategic vision of the business and contributes to the growth of the business.Automated billing project: launch which contributed both on internal processes but also improved the customer experience.I am a Lean Agile SAFe certified professional with strong skills in line management, stakeholder relations, problem solving and presentation.
