The custom process saw Nash maintaining item creation, costing, fixed asset depreciation, production, and quality control-Created process flows using Visio and LucidChart to diagram business processes-Created technical documentation for modifications to D365 and worked with developers to design and unit test the modifications. Created test cases for those to then be tested with the client
