ABOUT DAVID NASH
I have been very lucky to work in a number of different countries during my career in IT delivery and project management, experiencing the differing cultures and social aspects of work and life in each one. I have worked for a number of companies such as Whirlpool, Toyota and Dell in sectors ranging from Transport to Retail, and Insurance to IT consultancy. Most recently, I worked with Maersk, the Danish shipping giant, with Cognizant and I am now living and working in Munich, Bavaria with Munich ReI have a vast track record of delivering award-winning programmes to improve performance, enable growth and boost profitability. Often these were large-scale initiatives to transform companies to meet rapid changes in technology, and customer demand. As an example, with Maersk, I helped realise the company’s vision of becoming a product centric delivery organisation.These programmes require high-performance teams who feel strong ownership of the projects. My leadership style includes developing and empowering those teams, and encouraging a culture of collaboration. Strong communication skills are also vital to gain the buy-in of stakeholders to facilitate change. Finally, a mix of innovation and pragmatism has always been key to my success.
