Conducted an M&A case study, preparing a three-statement forecast and performing a sum-of-the-parts valuation using DCF and EV/EBITDA & EV/Rev multiples to evaluate whether the merger would create shareholder value. Performed an LBO by layering debt financing assumptions and running IRR/MoM sensitivities to evaluate acquisition feasibility. Assessed private credit by modeling covenant compliance and performing credit rating analysis under Moody’s criteria.
