ABOUT NASER BADRI

As a process safety engineer with 15 years in the field, I believe that my process/safety oriented educational background and my extensive risk management experience for high hazard industries will greatly contribute to any organization. I have extensive experience in the development of safety analysis and application of a broad range of risk assessment methods throughout the facility design and operational lifecycles. This specifically includes process safety management, fire, explosion and toxic consequence modelling, development of risk studies using qualitative and probabilistic methods where appropriate, and facilitation of hazard identification workshops. I have used a wide range of process safety guidelines, codes and standards including Shell DEPs, API, CCPS, OGP, IADC and UK HSE to address client safety requirements. During my career, I had plenty of opportunities to deliver process safety courses to both university students and fresh employees. This unique opportunity gave me great skills in supporting newcomers to smoothly join the team with significant utilization. I am passionate about transferring what I have learnt about safety in the oil & gas filed to other businesses and I use every opportunity to do so.
