Overview: As an integral part of Belcan Engineering team, working on varied projects for different customers as a Stress Signatory: ResponsibilitiesAirbus – Wing Major Structural Repair - In-Service Support Providing feasible repair solutions to Single Aisle (A320 legacy, neo and sharklet), Long range (A340), Wide body (A330) and Double decker (A380) Aircraft outer wing components in coordination with design engineers Stress justification of wing upper/lower skin, Stringers, Ribs and Trailing Edge and Leading-Edge components repairs using Airbus tools, methods along with standard stress methods using Checkstress data As a stress signatory, contributed to a yearlong A380 Rib feet cracking proactive repairs development project in support of SRM development. Presenting stress deliverables to Airbus Stress Focal on a weekly review call, coordinating with different specialist functions to develop feasible repairs. Proactive communication of project status/issues to all stake-holders.Zero Avia Motor Housing Design project Performed detailed stress calculations to validate Motor housing design (Front plate, Axial struts and attachment U Channels, Side Mount and centre plate) based on interface loads. Compiled stress dossier and coordinated with Zero Avia Stress lead and CVE to address Airworthiness comments.Highlights: Achieved Airbus DOA delegated Level 2 signatory (Approver) Status Created standardise process for in service occurrence stress justification to improve the quality of deliverables
