I\'ve spent most of my career figuring out why creative businesses get stuck — and usually it comes down to the same thing. The talented people are buried in execution work that shouldn\'t be on their plate. I started out at Clavis Technologies as a Project Manager — that\'s where I learned how to manage complex workflows and deliver under pressure. That experience shaped how I think about operations ever since. Eventually that led me to building the production support side of OneBIT Digital. We work quietly in the background for agencies — handling the resizing, the reformatting, the file packaging — so their teams can stay focused on the actual creative work.
