1) Raw material testing as per sampling plan. 2) Semi finish and finish good testing.(Lubricants, Coolants, Rust preventive oils, Industrial & domestic cleaners) 3)- SAP software working for quality process, inward outward sample of raw material and finish good quality checking.4) Instrument handling like kinematic viscometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, refractometer, hydrometer, magnetic steerer, viscosity meter,labman viscosity meter,flash point instrument, centrifugal machine. dbk coolant circulation test apparatus, dbk digital antifoam test apparatus.5) Hands on test methods like specific gravity by hydrometer and pycnometer, cloud point, pour point, viscosity, refractive index, amine value, acid value, reverse alkalinity, point age, de-watering, demulsibility, purity assay, total alkalinity,etc.6) Calibration of pH meter and weighing balance. 7) Water testing like pH, conductivity, chloride content, sulphate, TDS, Hardness. 8) Testing data entry and documentation. 9) Maintain 5S and implement quality department.10) Customer return sample testings & report preparation in case of customer complaints. 11) Lab trials & preparing comparison reports of raw materials, semi finish & finished goods.
