ABOUT NARMEEN HAIDER
I’m a first-generation college graduate and immigrant who has spent my career building and leading in unfamiliar places.Over the past decade, I’ve worked across five countries and multiple sectors — spanning global health, consulting, pharmaceuticals, and venture capital — but the common thread has always been healthcare. I’ve advised leading health organizations, built partnerships across public and private sectors, and seen firsthand how inefficiency, fragmentation, and inequity keep patients from getting the care they deserve.Today, as co-founder of a stealth healthcare technology company, I’m returning to the space that has always felt most personal — building solutions that make healthcare work better for everyone.Previously, I served as Head of Investor Relations and Communications at B Capital, where I led global fundraising and communications strategy, and as Director of Strategic Operations, helping launch new funds and initiatives including the firm’s Climate Fund. Earlier in my career, I built and led international health consulting teams serving clients such as the World Health Organization and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.Across every chapter, I’ve learned to build from zero, lead through uncertainty, and create lasting impact in complex systems.
