Roles & Responsibilities: • Show Set-Up – Shotgun – Project Stages• Ingestion of Assets Sequences and Shots on Shotgun with the help of the pipeline team.• Assets and Shot breakdown• Gathering all information related to the show for example Bids, Turnover Schedule, Temp Screenings Dates, Trailers Launch Date (if any) and Final Delivery Dates etc. for the scheduling and planning the show delivery. • Planning and Managing day-to-day or weekly creative production schedules.• Resource request submission based on the delivery schedule.• Weekly delivery Milestone updates on Shotgun• Weekly target meetings with Show Creative, Department Supervisors and show stakeholders. • Reporting all show related observations pertaining to schedules, bid overrun, delivery milestones, scope changes etc. to the Producer and Central Production Manager.• Mentoring Show Coordinator/ PA in all their tasks and duties.• Communicating with stakeholders and crew members on the production status, current priorities and deadlines• Tracking production progress and generating progress daily/weekly reports.• Accountable for maintaining and updating the asset/shot task statuses, internal/client feedbacks on Shotgun real-time. • Arranging a Creative Brief for the departments to understand the creative expectation.• Organizing Internal and Clients reviews.• Publishing daily/weekly/monthly and milestone achievement status reports with internal and external stakeholders.
