As the People Engagement Lead, my mission is to build workplaces where employees feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best work.My HR journey began with a passion for understanding people — what motivates them, what challenges them, and how the right culture can bring out their potential. Today, I oversee end-to-end HR operations across India, Germany, and Sweden — from onboarding and induction to exit, ensuring every employee’s journey feels seamless and supported.In India and Germany, I take care of everything from policy writing and implementation to payroll, compliance, and engagement initiatives. For Sweden, I manage onboarding, exits, and work permits, while also coordinating business visas for Germany — making sure our people can focus on what matters most, wherever they are.I’ve also been an active member of the core team that worked on achieving our ISO and TISAX certifications, contributing to strengthening our company’s compliance and quality standards. During one of the ISO audits, I had the opportunity to lead the internal audit team, ensuring that every process met the highest benchmarks of excellence.Before moving into HR strategy, I spent years in Talent Acquisition, hiring exceptional talent across Automotive, Telecom, Software, and Management sectors. That experience taught me one thing — great people build great companies.Every day, I strive to create a workplace where employees don’t just work — they grow, belong, and thrive.    As a Global HR and People Engagement Lead, I oversee comprehensive HR operations across India, Germany, and Sweden, covering the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit. I serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people initiatives with organizational goals while fostering a culture of trust, performance, and inclusion. My role spans policy design and implementation, payroll governance, compliance, and cross-regional collaboration with IT, Finance, and TA teams to ensure operational excellence. I lead Learning & Development, engagement, and retention programs that enhance employee capability and morale. Additionally, I played a key role in achieving ISO and TISAX certifications, leading internal teams through successful audits. Passionate about building globally aligned, people-first workplaces that empower teams and drive business success.
