External power purchase management with internally gas-based plant availability on the basis of International Gas price. Looking after procurement of Power for AMNS- India all sites. Undertaking various day-to-day activities such as: o Evaluating all Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) & Techno Commercial Matterso Discussing all regulatory matters with SEBs, SERCs, SLDCs & nodal RLDC for technical and commercial aspectso Defining contract agreement framework, drafting of agreements, obtaining concurrence from Legal & Finance, contact implementation, tracking of contractual obligations and ensuring compliance to contract.o Performing Real time bidding in DAM and RTM marketo Conducting Bilateral and TAM power negotiation and purchase with suppliero Establishing Real time coordination with Control room of power scheduling and DSM managemento RTA and RTDA Bill verification and checking before payment.o Bilateral power purchase payment, verification, and payment.o RLDC, CTU and SLDC regulatory norms compliance and monthly payment against services from agencies o RPO compliance and REC purchase as per statutory requirements at all sites of AMNS India. Centrally coordination for installation of Solar roof top project all potential site of AMNS India. Studying & analysing potential generation of Solar roof top at each site & coordinate with supplier for potential & lower power bid at each site Preparing EPC tender technical specification preparation, Vendor Management, and contract finalization Supporting in project monitoring - compiling business, pipeline, and project performance reports for the business Coordinating with business development team for land identification for offsite Hybrid renewable project Implementation of state and Central regulatory commission for statutory compliance. New transmission connection and implementation of GNA
