Worked on Phase I- Phase studies.• Mapping of raw data to CDISC standards and Creation of SDTM datasets according to the CDISC SDTM IG (v3.2) and client requirements. • Programming for generating Analysis Datasets (ADaM) based on Specifications and SAP. • Generated Tables, Listings including Patient Demography and Characteristics, Adverse Events, Laboratory etc. and Performed quality control (QC) on SAS outputs like Tables and listings. • Work with Predefine macro for report generation. • Programming of data listings, Summary tables, Categorical tables using Base SAS, Macros and SAS Stat. • Developing the SAS programs for listings & tables for data review & presentation including ad-hoc reports, patients listing mapping of safety database and safety tables. • Develop Macro application to reduce time process.• Experience in PK and PD studies.• Having good knowledge in different types of FORMATS and FUNCTIONS. • Having Good knowledge in using PROC SQL and SAS procedures like Proc Freq, Proc Means, Proc Transpose and Proc Report and some other procedures. • Having Proper understanding in creating MACROS. • Involved in writing SDTM and ADaM Specifications.• Has extensive experience with SAS Programming. • Experience on creating CDISC SDTM and ADaM Datasets as per CDISC Standards
