Preparation of GAAP-FS as a part of year end requirements for few clients. Preparation of Managers Report, Board Book packs for Board Meetings & AGMs of the captive insurance companies. Support ERP migrations (Globe to SICS & MS D-365). File statutory financial returns (E-SFR) and draft supporting notes. Perform complex reconciliations (e.g, actuarial vs. loss data, payables vs receivables). Liaise with auditors and prepare audit deliverables (confirmations, PBC listings and reconciliations). Support payment processing including G&A, dividend, and share cancellations; assist with 1099 form preparation.
