Naresh is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Strategy, and Digital consulting. In his current role, he leads the Finance Transformation and Digital Strategy for the Record to Report Enterprises Service line for Financial Accounting, FP & A, Treasury, and Tax functions. He assists businesses in transitioning to Modern Accounting by refining their finance functions. Collaborating with C-suite executives in finance organizations, he helps define visions and craft strategies for multi-year transformation and maximizing value.Naresh manages large-scale business transformation for Fortune 100 clients across industries and multiple process domains on a global basis. He leads complex processes and digital transformation (including Operating Model design, Data strategy, Accelerated Close, Touchless Processes, Global Process Design, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, implementing enabling technologies, S4 HANA deployment support). He has an excellent understanding of domain, data, and digital strategies in the areas of Controllership, management reporting, and financial planning and analysis. In the last 14 years, he has worked with 40+ global clients to partner in their finance reimagine journey and successfully advanced the finance function across industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharma, Life Sciences, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Hi-Tech. In his previous positions at Vodafone Telecom, Delphi Automotive, and Bisleri International, Naresh held various controllership roles across diverse areas, including Plant Head, Business Development, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Sales Accounting, Consolidation of Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer credit approval, Vendor reconciliation, and Inventory Management. My primary role involves spearheading intricate transformation initiatives, such as Operating Model design, Data strategy, Accelerated Close, Touchless Processes, Global Process Design, RPA, Machine Learning, and ERP optimization. Additionally, I drive innovation and lead the development of process IP frameworks, playbooks, POVs, benchmarking, and assessment models. I also play a pivotal role in the RFI/RFP process to support sales efforts for clients, tailoring customized solutions for business growth. Recent client engagements have centered around Accelerated Close, AI-based Journal entry automation, Touchless Intercompany processes, COE design, Factory models for reporting and close processes, Accounts Reconciliation and Journal process automation, Shared service models model, Chart of Accounts re-design, and Automation Index assessment.
