I spend my days building the kind of culture where people actually want to show up.At The Apprentice Project - a nonprofit working at the intersection of education, technology and social impact - I lead HR and people practices for a lean, outcome-driven team. That means thinking carefully about accountability, growth, and what it really takes for an organization to perform without losing its humanity.But HR is only part of who I am.I\'m also a writer - working on my first book, a speculative fiction manuscript that\'s taken me completely by surprise in the best way. I document that journey, honestly and openly, in a monthly Substack newsletter.
