Myself Naresh Kumar. I have worked in Poly Terrephthallic acid Plant, Poly Butadiene Rubber Plant and Poly Styrene Butadiene Rubber Plant. Through all these years i have learnt about field instrumentation, ABB 800Xa DCS system, SiemensPLCs, RockwellPLCs, MitsubhishiPLCs, Cyber Security and network security. I have worked in commissioning of fully automatic warehouse supplied by Shin hueng Machine Company, Baler Hydraulic System supplied by Planten Clayton. Job challenges include Stabilization of final rubber product weight, Different Grades Rubber bales packaging and tranportation to auto packaging units, Commissioning of Radar type level transmitters and switches, obsolete spares management.
