   Schneider Electric

   May 2022 — Present · Bengaluru, IN

   Titan is an ERP transformation program in North America focused on deploying SAP S/4 to digitize Schneider Electric’s business processes.As Digital Leader, led the deployment of SAP EWM and OTC solutions across eight consolidation centers, migrating from legacy systems to S/4HANA 2023 on SAP RISE (AWS). Partnered with SAP, contractors, and third-party stakeholders, managed change across a cross-functional team of 50+, and led post go-live stabilization that eliminated a $7M backlog—contributing to a record-breaking year.As Technical Product Owner, developed and deployed the SAP EWM template for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) plants, covering requirements, design, testing, and training. The solution is live in three plants, with further rollouts planned to replace legacy WMS systems. Led logistics transformation and successful migration from SAP Enterprise-managed AWS to SAP-managed RISE platform with minimal disruption.Also, part of the team leading logistics for two global initiatives—UNIFY (Europe, S/4HANA Public Cloud) and Titan (North America, S/4HANA On-Premise with RISE)—focused on building a unified process system under a global template. Driving stakeholder discussions, the team under my leadership continues to define priorities and action plans guiding the transformation journey.Currently leading a critical SAP batch conversion project to enable accurate country of origin data across downstream applications. Covering three distribution centers and spanning Logistics and Order-to-Cash, the initiative uses Agile delivery and is set to go live in November—marking a key milestone in Schneider Electric’s digital transformation.
