I am a proven Leader who loves to strategize, transcend business needs, build stronger teams, and optimize capabilities and is consistent in managing modern business systems in challenging and diverse environments. Have significantly contributed to helping companies grow their business by increasing sales, reducing cost, reducing time to market, thereby achieving the desired results or stated goals in a time-bound manner with Lean / Six Sigma / Theory of Constraints/Automation I act as a catalyst in Strategizing and Executing Global Transformation Programs for growth & cost optimisation and Customer Experience Improvement. I also, act as a trusted Partner enabling strategy formulation and execution to deliver the Vision of organisations. Throughout my 25 years of experience, I have successfully worked across Aerospace & Defence, Auto Ancillaries, Chemicals and Fertilisers, Construction, Dairy, EPC, FMCG, Footwear, Heavy Engineering, ITES, Logistics, Metals and Mining, Pharma, Paper, Tyre, Utilities and other sectors. Some of my professional highlights are: • Presented papers on Improving Productivity by changing Human Behaviour in international conferences on Chemicals and Fertilisers. This productivity improvement technique resulted in certain PSUs under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt of India adopting these practices to improve their productivity levels • Credentials of being one of the first person in India to lead an automation project (IoT) for a Discrete Manufacturing firm in India • Contributed in improving Indian companies’ EBDITA levels in the range of 15% to 20% by shaping policies and procedures that stimulate a change in the working environment • Expertise of working with client CXO’s and their Board(s) in developing and implement strategies, advising on different types of risks etc • Developed and implemented solutions using frameworks like Agile, Design Thinking, MES, Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints for Change Management Programs and Digital Transformation Programs • Represented the Govt of India as the only student delegate in the Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.(Contributed in the round tables on Economic effects of Climate Change due to Ozone Depletion) I can be reached via private message on LinkedIn.
