Stakeholders coordination, meeting minutes, weekly follow-up2. Coordination with the design group - maintaining trackers for design comments, change mark-ups, revisions issued Etc.3. Drafting and issuing the Employer\'s Agent Instructions (EAI) to the Architect to instruct major changes along with the costs associated with the change4. Project Dashboard Report - weekly5. Tracking client\'s responses to the Early Warning Notices (EWN) received from Principal Contractor6. Risk Register - updating weekly7. Facilitating the submission of full information required by the LL for Building Insurance and Principal Contractor\'s Insurance sum.8. Site prep and logistics plan, site progress reporting, site HSE (CDM) reporting9. Leading end-to-end coordination through RIBA Stage 3 & 4 design development to meet sustainability standards - NABERS 5-Star, LEED Platinum, WELL
