Flexiloans is an online lending platform started with an endeavor to solve the problem that SMEs face in accessing quick, flexible and adequate funds for growing their businesses. It is a registered non-deposit accepting and middle layer NBFC. My role includes below- Spearheading the Treasury, Co-lending, Accounting and Financial Planning Analysis function, leading a team of ~30 people- Drive debt capital raising to fuel growth of the company and raising ₹ crs every year (₹2,500+ Cr to date)- Maintaining the relationship with all the lenders, rating agencies and timely renewals of the limits and compliances- Maintaining and building new co-lending partnerships to use full potential of tech platform by building managed book AUM- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures and ensuring all regulatory compliances- Driving closure of annual business plan and releasing the various management analysis on monthly basis for decision making process- Identify and drive various profitability and cost saving initiatives to achieve the planned profit targets- Developing the finance team as enablers, who provide seamless, proactive, business partnering support to various internal teams.
