I am a dedicated, competent and hard-working Accounts Professional with over 18 years of experience in Accounting Functions, Auditing, Finance, Commercial Operations, Accounts Receivables, Collections, MIS Reporting, Liaising and Statutory Compliance. My contribution lies primarily in the areas of steering receivables management, analyzing risks, managing bad debts and applying techniques for maximizing recoveries and minimizing losses.In my current role as Accounts Executive, I have been handling accounts receivable functions, conducting debtors reconciliation & and issuing Debit and Credit notes, managing urgent payments and maintaining creditors’ ledger and invoices for audit purposes. I am capable of handling collection operations, visiting and interacting with the defaulting customers daily and persuading them to clear dues and initiating legal action against defaulters not ready to crack under persuasion. Poised with an inquisitive and learning aptitude, I like to face new challenges and try my best to meet or exceed the expectations and demands. I strongly believe in continuous learning and possess an innovative approach. I have successfully prepared sales invoice in Tally, Checked Customs Expense Export & Import Shipment Vouchers. I have demonstrated excellence in preparing and maintaining reconciliation statements, handling ageing reconciliation and statements of accounts reconciliation in conformity with the accounting standards. Armed with thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and principles and backed by experience in Accounts Receivables, Reconciliation, Process Management, I am willing to work as a part of a team to meet company’s long and short term financial needs and enhance operational efficiency of the organization. With keen financial acumen, I am confident to carry forward any company’s vision & objectives with sufficient ease.
