Preparation, posting & review of the regular monthly journal entries along with checklist.• Closely working on intercompany Invoices upload in Coupa within cut off time & working with Genpact P2P team related to IC not confirmed invoices (AP).• IC accruals communicate to counterparties and Interco balance submit in BPC.• Preliminary review of Balance sheet items & will suggest if any reclass require to Genpact R2R.• Ensure accurate delivery of BPC reporting across Interco, Finance, CPS.• Perform flux analysis on monthly basis based on MOM & YOY and provide commentary for causing variance.• Balance sheet Reconciliation reviews to ensure BS hygiene/reduction in aged balances.• Perform Intercompany Trade open item control checks through NIA report.• Daily bank reconciliation & communicating to onshore for receipts which has not yet posted.• Perform the analysis on monthly basis for Balance sheet and report the same to Onshore & if any reclass required prepare the journal & send it to Genpact R2R team to post once approved by Controller.• Monthly preparation of revenue, trade payable & receivable reports for Jsox requirement.• Make sure to update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) if any process changes or yearly review.
