As Founder and Chairman of Praneeth Group, I have had the privilege of leading our company into Hyderabad’s real estate and construction sector with a singular purpose to serve families by creating vibrant, sustainable communities that stand for trust, quality, and meaningful value.From our inception in 2007, I have committed to a customer-centric approach, believing that a builder must build what the customer desires, rather than the customer buying what the builder offers. Guided by this principle, Praneeth Group has grown from a vision into a trusted brand, now serving more than 7,500 families across Hyderabad.Our projects span villas and apartment communities across Hyderabad, combining smart architecture with modern amenities, timely delivery, and enduring value. Early on, I introduced our “Beat the Price” philosophy, innovating cost‑efficiencies so our homeowners receive more value for less money. Beyond bricks and mortar, I believe every home touches lives and communities. That belief drives our deep commitment to social responsibility, a commitment we bring to life through the Kamaraju Annapurnamma Charitable Trust, a proud initiative of Praneeth Group. Through the trust, we strive to uplift the underprivileged by providing scholarships to deserving students, offering essentials such as clothes, shoes, and school supplies to children in need, and extending financial assistance for critical healthcare. We also focus on empowering single women by helping them find sustainable employment and financial independence.
