ABOUT NARENDRA KALE
Mr. Narendra Kale is a distinguished serial entrepreneur, holding esteemed degrees from IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School. Renowned for his visionary leadership, he has spearheaded successful ventures such as Kale Consultants and Kale Logistics, globally acclaimed for their innovative software solutions spanning five continents and nine countries. Mr. Kale earned his bachelor\'s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the College of Engineering, Pune, in 1974, followed by an M. Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in 1976. He commenced his career as a consultant with TCS, contributing to the development of software systems for financial services until 1979. Subsequently, he led the Systems Group at the University of Pune until 1983, pioneering the first-ever course on computer applications, which later became a national standard, significantly impacting India\'s IT revolution. In 1981, Mr. Kale founded Kale Consultants, serving as Chairman until 2011. Under his guidance, the company evolved into a global leader, providing cutting-edge solutions to the airline and travel industry, expanding its footprint across nine countries and five continents. The company\'s historic IPO in and recognition for gender inclusivity by NASSCOM in 2010 underscore Mr. Kale\'s exceptional leadership.Additionally, he co-founded the Bhau Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership at the College of Engineering, Pune.
