As an SDE-2 at KickCash, I contribute to building scalable, event-driven systems that power real-time reward distribution for millions of mobile gamers. My core focus lies in backend architecture, performance optimization, and feature innovation that directly impacts user acquisition, engagement, and retention.In my role, I help design and develop backend systems that manage real-time rewards, user journeys, and goal tracking. I work closely with teams across product, analytics, and design to make sure our platform is fast, scalable, and user-friendly.What I focus on: Developing features for our Elite Offer system that rewards users for completing specific actions inside apps and games. Improving performance and reliability by restructuring legacy systems. Automating reward processing and tracking through smart workflows. Building internal tools and dashboards for smooth operations and data insights.Proud highlights: Played a key role in redesigning our reward engine to make it more modular and scalable. Helped reduce reward delays by optimizing how we validate and approve user actions.
