Proactively reporting project risk and deliverable issues to superiors & stakeholders.\\\\n• Implementing best practices in planning & scheduling\\\\n• Developing and managing budget for projects and delivering against established business goals/objectives\\\\n• Analysing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and producing program reports for management and stakeholders\\\\n• Collaborating with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives\\\\n• Establishing and managing the project plan (development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, 3rd parties, cost budget methodology, tools, standards and quality).\\\\n• Develops strong client relationships. Communicating deliverables, conducting client meetings, obtaining required client sign off, following billing /invoicing milestones to raise invoices.\\\\n• Creating change orders when additional work beyond original contracted scope of the project and/or services proposal activity is identified.\\\\n• People management, team management, Service providers (3rd party), Vendor management\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
