Presently working as DGM (Electrical & Automation) and looking after the electrical operation, routine maintenance & troubleshooting of 126MVAR SVCs, 11 KV Distribution System, Protection Scheme, 50MW DG Sets, all its auxiliaries such as waste heat recovery boilers, fuel/lube oil separators, high pressure pumps, ventilation system, and cooling towers etc. Experience in Project Execution, Erection/Commissioning, Maintenance, Modifications, Trouble Shooting and Operation etc. of Utility Machines such as Air Compressors, Nitrogen Plants, Cooling Towers, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler/Boiler, Thermopac, Pumps, Ventilation System, Shot Blasting Machine, EOT Cranes, HT/LT Motors, Transformers, DG Sets, 220 KV Sub Station/Switch Yard, Static Var Compensator (SVCs), Power Distribution System, VCBs, Protection System, PCCs/MCCs, Cables, Earthing Pits, Lighting, AC Drives, Process Automation (PLC, Sensors etc.), and Scada etc. Managing for the approval and control of annual maintenance budget & capex budget. Facilitate new projects/modifications and also supervision of planning, execution and monitoring of predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance. Manpower management (including their development), half yearly performance review, cost effectiveness and energy conservation studies with further necessary action. Supervision for spare planning, procurement and other associated activities. Approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per ISO requirements and implementation of these with Health and Safety Procedures.
