As the leader of JPMorgan Chase’s Global EMEA Payment Investigations team, I manage a dynamic global team overseeing ACH (SEPA, BACS, UK FPS) and wire transfer inquiries across multicurrency environments including Euro, CHAPS, FX, Toronto, and Mexico payments.
