I’M as a manager bringing over 10 years of comprehensive pharmacovigilance experience with a strong focus on end-to-end ICSR lifecycle management. Throughout my career, I have led case processing activities including intake, triage, MedDRA coding, narrative writing, medical review, and global regulatory submissions, ensuring strict adherence to FDA, EMA guidelines. My hands-on expertise across safety databases such as Argus, ARISg, and Clinevo, SRP, ESG Nextgen combined with my strong understanding of regulatory timelines and compliance, has enabled me to consistently deliver high-quality and inspection-ready outputs.In my current role as a Pharmacovigilance Manager, I have successfully led teams, ensured 100% quality review of ICSRs, supported regulatory inspections with zero critical findings, and driven process improvements through SOP development and KPI monitoring. I am particularly passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening quality frameworks, and enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining patient safety as the top priority.
