Product Manager WMS & Online banking & Head, Alternate Channels Operations, August 2012 – PresentCurrently responsible for three roles including -o Product Manager for Wealth Management & Online banking applications - which includes Product designing, investment and banking product features roll out, accurate presentation of client’s financial portfolio performance (including informing the client the model portfolio asset allocation to be followed on the basis of the client risk profile), client feedback incorporation, New product approval (NPA) process ownership and strategy formulation for improving customer stickiness for two applications including the Wealth Management and the Corporate & Retail Online banking applications. o Project management as a member of the Business Solutions group team (BSG) for developing various in-house solutions, documenting requirement specifications, managing “Features roll out” calendar, coordination with the Business / Marketing / Compliance / Operations / Vendor / Technology / Finance / Legal teams for product signoff in the domain of Wealth management and retail liabilities (for payments – NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI / Online payment gateway / Debit & Prepaid cards) through the Online banking and ATM / Debit card channels and managing the first level support for the same.o Head of operations for Digital banking and alternate channels of Deutsche bank retail banking division, which includes end to end ATM network and cash management, Debit card transaction operations including dispute management and settlements, Online banking operations and Prepaid / Travel card settlement operations.
