About Naren R
An alumnus of Hyderabad Public School and SIBM Pune, I am currently a marketing transformation advisor at Deloitte. While a MarTech generalist, the projects I handle have given me a deep understanding of responsibly maximizing the power of customer data through customer data platforms, and enabling AI powered content ecosystems through content hub platforms. Prior to this I was at Ather Energy, starting off with an internship+consultancy stint focused on digital marketing, eventually being entrusted with the mandate of Marketing Technology. In this role, along with launching a new marketing website, customer portal and the 450X referral program as a product owner, I also stood up a MarTech Stack that enabled omni-channel customer journeys, in-depth customer data analytics, easy to use CMS systems, and advanced SEO. I’ve been fortunate enough to get an early and continued first-hand experience of how technology <> human interactions are leading to business opportunities/responsibilities never seen before. And it is at this cutting edge of how businesses (and individuals) constantly evolve in accordance with technology that I am driven to grow professionally, while helping any team I am a part of to truly excel.
