A highly accomplished and seasoned senior-level finance professional with over 20 years of experience focusing on international capital markets, strategy consulting, corporate affairs, and short/long-term portfolio investments. Currently, I am Vice President, Global Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Evolus, Inc.(NASDAQ: EOLS), a performance beauty company evolving the aesthetic neurotoxin market for the next generation of beauty consumers through its unique, customer-centric business model and innovative digital platform.I recently served as Executive Director, Head of Global Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs for Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc.(NASDAQ: ICPT), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapeutics to treat rare and serious liver diseases. Intercept Pharmaceuticals was recently acquired by AlfaSigma S.p.A. for ~$800M (Ex-U.S. Ocaliva in PBC previously acquired by Advanz Pharma for up to ~$450M).Prior to, I was Managing Director, Capital Markets & Public Affairs within the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN), a global management consulting firm, where I developed and executed client engagements related to Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder activism, among other issue and event-based work. Previously, I was Managing Director of Investor Relations and Programming at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), a global trade association representing the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In this capacity, I was the primary liaison between BIO, its member companies, and third party stakeholders, such as investors (over $500 billion in capital represented), academic institutions, and government organizations.A passionate academic, I most recently completed my MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, receiving the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence and graduating in the top 10% of the 2021 cohort. I recently completed a Graduate Diploma in National Security Policy at Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute.
