Hello, I am currently an Associate at DMD Advocates, Mumbai in the Corporate Team, have done my bachelors in law from MNLU Mumbai, batch of 2025, during my law school days I had done internships at P&A Law Offices (Competition Law), Bharucha & Partners, Mumbai (PE/VC & Investment Funds), Nishith Desai Associates, Mumbai (General Corporate), DMD Advocates, New Delhi (Competition Law), Majmudar & Partners, Mumbai (General Corporate/M&A), Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM), Mumbai (General Corporate), IC Universal Legal, Mumbai (PE/VC), AZB & Partners, Mumbai (General Corporate/M&A and Competition law) and at RHP Partners which is a firm that specializes in Securities law. During the initial years of law school, I interned with 2 AoRs in the Supreme Court out of which one was an additional advocate general and another one is an arbitration lawyer, I then interned at AA Associates, Pune which specialises in White Collar Crimes, also at Bar & Brief Attorneys (Media & Entertainment Law) and Chambers of George Rebello (Maritime and International Arbitration). I am interested and equipped in Corporate Law with a good work experience in due diligence and transaction documents. I have participated in prestigious moots such as Phillip C. Jessup in 2022, 13th CCI HNLU NMCC, and also won the 3rd best mediator in a national mediation competition. I have an ample amount of experience in research in corporate laws (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI Rules & Regs, Competition Act), transaction documents review and proofreading (SPA, SSA, SHA) and due diligence as I have worked on most chapters of the due diligence reports. I have published 10 articles of which 5 are on Competition Law and 2 on Public International Law. Presented a research paper on IP, published a research paper in a national journal and co-developed open syllabus on Responsibility to Protect (R2P) with CRASL. I was the Co-Convenor of 1st Justice M.L. Pendse National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition 2024, was the Convenor of Moot Court Society (MCS), and Co-Convener of the Centre for Research in Air and Space Laws (CRASL) where I was also the Editor-in-chief of the IRASL Blog from 2022 to 2023.
