   Oversee book of Supervisors and their respective teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines (e.g. accounts submission, payroll deadlines, tax filing and payment deadlines) Co-ordinate new client bank account set-ups with Founders Assist clients with company payroll, VAT registrations, own bank account set ups and ad hoc requiremnt Assume responsibilities for sign off of the payment of Cheque/BBM and transfer forms on behalf of clients. Regularly check all Management Accounts produced for each client by the relevant Management Account teams, e.g. on a rolling quarterly basis (monthly if new client) to ensure accuracy with Nair & Co. Standards. Address inadequacies appropriately and take appropriate actions to improve standards. Control and monitor regular client service calls – accompany and support each supervisor when necessary. Ensure that Supervisors liaise to satisfactory standards with the Compliance team regarding statutory Year End filings Verify that the quality level of service provided to clients is of the highest standard as expected by Nair & Co, seeking to build and develop client relationships both with parent companies and subsidiaries of parent companies. Assist supervisors to handle atypical Mgnt Accounts and non Management Accounts related client queries, ensuring that client and their employees obtain accurate and timely advice. Respond to queries from Nair Management regarding Management Accounts issues in a confident and professional manner. Work closely with internal HR and Nair Mgnt regarding e.g. succession planning, recruitment and selection, promotions, performance mgnt and improvements to Nair & Co. Policies and procedures. Delegate wok to Supervisors effectively in order to minimise workflow peaks and trough and meet both internal and external deadlines. Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the orgn.
