Expertise in Rubber Compounding (NR & SBR) with 5+ years of industrial Skills I Developing a rubber compound recipe (cost as well as performance competitive) for truck tire tread compounds using Design of Experiments rather than trial and error or OFAT approach- Good Understanding of the influence of rubber compounding additives on tire properties- Knowledge of rubber compound mixing and the mixing parameter influence on the mixed compound- Hands-on experience in Internal mixers such as Banbury/tangential mixer and Intermeshing mixer- Knowledge of rubber compound testing and cured sample testing for various rubber products such as Diaphragms, Seals, O rings, bellows, Tire tread, Belt, and Sidewall- New Raw Material thorough validation from RM inspection to final compound Inspection- Hands-on experience on LAT 100, DMA, UTM, ODR, Mooney, DIN abrader, and Rebound test. LAT 100 Skills/Experience- Utilized LAT100 for abrasion tests for TBR tread compounds at Apollo Tyres Global R&D Centre - Technically skilled to optimize LAT 100 test speed and test load for different tires such as PCR, TBR Other Skills- Lab Management activities such as equipment breakdown support, implementing 5S & ISO 17025 for a better work environment and better reliability of lab results- Ensuring a safe work environment in the laboratory- Purchase order handling using SAP- Contact person for the external suppliers (RM, Equipment suppliers) and Internal purchase, design, and maintenance teams- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)- German Goethe B1 level proficiency - Experience in working in International work environments
