I closely work with the branch head and other branch staff in sourcing fresh business for the bank and maintaining existing relationships in the territory. Key aspects of the job role are relationship building, file selection, file processing, and maintaining relations.Apart from the MSME business, I also looked after the sourcing of fresh business and maintaining existing relations for the UBD business for the Ghaziabad Branch. I also worked closely with institutional accounts like Christ University, Ingram School, and other schools and colleges in Ghaziabad and strengthened the relations under the job role of RM - institutional accounts.I started my career in the South Indian Bank under branch banking and I worked at counters, I was actively involved in managing the cash, forex, and UBD operations, and apart from that I was also responsible for sourcing retail business for the branch.
