I have over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry, the past 12 years dedicated to working with SaaS companies in leadership roles such as Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Success. During my career, I have successfully established Global Centers of Excellence (COEs) for multiple SaaS products. These COEs consisted of self-contained teams comprising over 100 individuals, including Consultants, Solution Architects, and Customization & Integration teams. Together, we implemented complex global solutions, addressing various process and operational challenges for Fortune 500 clients. These challenges primarily involved SaaS product implementations in areas like Channel Data Consolidations and Accounts Receivables, ultimately contributing to their digital transformation journeys. Currently, I am serving as a Program Director at HighRadius, where my responsibilities include managing multiple complex Digital Transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies in the US and EMEA regions. In the initial 10 years of my career, I worked in the USA and collaborated closely with clients, such as IBM, Cummins Inc. I began my career as a software developer and progressively transitioned into roles as a Lead and Project Manager. During this period, I successfully led various software development projects within the Aftermarket sales business division. Overall, my extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly within the SaaS sector, and my track record of successfully implementing complex solutions for Fortune 500 clients position me as a knowledgeable and accomplished professional in the field.
