I’m a manufacturing and industrial engineer driven by a deep interest in how small, structured improvements can create lasting operational and cultural change.At Price Industries, I’ve led projects that cut cycle times, optimized layouts, and improved ergonomics — but what I value most is the thinking behind those numbers: spotting overlooked inefficiencies, bringing cross-functional teams together, and building systems that sustain results. My background at Shriram Pistons and Arizona State University helped me build a foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, and process analytics, while my current role has honed my ability to translate that data into people-centered execution. I’ve initiated layout redesigns, revived idle machinery, created process dashboards, and coached operators and leads to see their work through a Lean lens.    I work at the intersection of process engineering, operator experience, and continuous improvement — diagnosing inefficiencies on the floor, structuring what’s ambiguous, and turning ideas into measurable results. My role centers on building flow, reducing fatigue, improving safety, and helping teams work smarter every single day.Key Impact:• Redesigned section layout using Spaghetti Diagrams to align machines by product family, cutting operator travel and saving ~72 seconds per batch.• Improved ergonomics by redesigning handling carts, reducing motion (4 s → 2 s), lowering fatigue allowance (31% → 20%), and increasing shift capacity (500 → 672 pcs).• Removed a bottleneck through VSM + MODAPTS analysis, eliminating non-value-added steps and reducing cycle time (64 s → 43 s), then scaling the gain across products.• Revived an idle machine by collaborating with maintenance, redesigning fixtures and guide rails, and reducing cycle time (47 s → 22 s) while enabling full utilization.• Built an Excel-based capacity and planning dashboard, standardizing cycle times, integrating allowances, and enabling weekly manpower & throughput planning.• Developed workday allocation models for low-manpower shifts, helping team leads balance workloads and prevent underutilization during slow-volume days.• Authored an SOP for tool installation after a critical tool break, trained associates, and established a chain-of-custody process to minimize repeat failures.• Designed and installed a safety guard on a high-risk roller machine to mitigate pinch points and improve operator safety.• Championed culture change by coaching leads and operators to voice process concerns, increasing participation and building a proactive continuous-improvement mindset.• Acted as an advisory partner to the Safety Department, recommending a shared hazard-tracking dashboard and helping streamline risk categorization and follow-up.
